Global Management

Firefox does only download 2 files simultaneously
- go to "about:config" without "" in address bar and press enter. Then look for the line "network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server" it should have the value "2", you can change this value with a double click. We recommend you to change this value to "20". After restarting your Firefox you can download up to 20 files simultaneously.

The connectio to the Server was discconected, during the site was loaded
- go to "about:config" without "" in adress bar and press enter. Then look for the line "pipelining". There change the value of "network.http.pipelining" and "network.http.proxy.pipelining" to "false". After this you will have to restart firefox.

maximum storage time of your files
- If they meet with out terms of use, we store every file for up to 90 days of inactivity. This means, if no downloads are made within 90 days we will delete the file.

Download Management

Download Manager
- we support download managers for premium accounts. You can find many good download managers at http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Download-Manager. You can find an up-to-date tutorial for GetRight at http://www.netload.in/download_tutorial.html.

Download speed issues
- we have enough bandwidth for every user. Should you still have big problems with your bandwidth, there could be various reasons. Especially during prime time some providers have big problems with their backbone. We would welcome an email with your e-mail address, your user-id and a description of your problem.

Bandwidth
- All standard accounts (free accounts) share a reserved bandwidth. They also have a quota of 100mb per hour and a maximum bandwidth of 3000 kbit/s. Premium users have no quota and a bandwith of 16.000 kbit/s.

No download window
- If you don't see a download window you should enable JavaScript or take a look at our Firefox tipps.

Account Management

No login details received yet
- If you don't receive your login details instantly after the payment, it could be, that one of our payment providers (paypal or micropayment) are in the process of updating their system and we thus haven't received any confirmation yet. If you don't receive an e-mail within 2 hours after payment, please write an e-mail with your paypal transaction code, your paypal address, or if you payed via phone with the first 9 digits of your telephone number to our support, then we can solve this problem and create your account.

Unlimited traffic
- Every premium account has unlimited traffic. You can download as much as you like.

No automatic subscription
- Every premium account has only a validity period of the payed period. If you don't renew your account it will expire and it will be downgraded to a standard account. Please note that every uploaded files will also receive standard status. This means that they will be deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Tip: renew your account in time, every account receives an e-mail some days before expiry.

No login, site only reloads.
- Please acitivate JavaScript and Cookies.

Password question- "What is the password for file xyz"
- If an owner (uploader) of a file secured it with a password, than we don't have any information about this. We have no password for the files and we can't help with this issue. Please ask the owner/uploader of the file.

Premium account vs. Standart account
- A premium account is an account which enjoys many privileges like an unlimited storage time, up to 16.000 kbit/s bandwidth, uploaded via FTP client and many more. A standard account is free of charge, offers you a file manager, a bonus program and statistics.

Bonuns program
- every registered user can participate in the bonus program to earn money. We pay up to 100 USD for every 20.000 downloads. Every user starts with 25 USD and can enhance his earnings by optimizing his traffic. You can find the nessecary details on our bonus program information page.

Cheating and faking
- We carry out regular inspections of our system. A breach of tour rules and regulations will lead to an exclusion from netload.in. Please familiarize with our terms of use.

- Paypal cheating - Your account will be frozen immediately and you will be charged with the traffic caused.

Payment Management

Paypal
- Paypal is a safe and secure payment system. After a free registration you can send money online to over 190 countries.

E-Bank
- with eBank2pay you can transfer money from your bank account within a few seconds in real time. And this method of payment is very secure, too.

Phone
- call2pay is a very easy and fast payment system. You can use it with your mobile phone or your landline. You can pay with this system in 8 countries. You only have to call a service number and stay in the line for the mentioned time. After this it hangs up automatically and we will see your login information, you will also receive them by mail.
